The video-sharing platform TikTok looks set to be banned in the US unless its Chinese parent company ByteDance sells its US operations.
US President Joe Biden signed a bill demanding the sale as part of his $61bn aid package for Ukraine.
American politicians fear the company could be forced to hand over the data of 170 million US users to China’s ruling communist party.
TikTok says it will challenge the order in court.
