An ex-NHS doctor working in southern Gaza has spoken to Sky News about his experiences of nursing patients who have been affected by the Israel-Gaza war.
Mohammed Tahir, an orthopaedic and peripheral nerve surgeon from London who is working in a war zone for the first time, said the nature and intensity of the work has been overwhelming.
He also said that despite his family being "terrified" for his safety, he feels he "has to keep going".
