Heavy winds blew a giant 70-by-50-metre billboard onto a petrol station where locals were seeking shelter from a sweeping rainstorm in Mumbai, India on May 13.
Some 75 wounded were rescued and 14 dead bodies were found, with search operations nearly over, authorities said.
