Mel McKay was five when she received infected blood in a transfusion during a heart operation.
She was later found to have been infected with HIV, and her family were told she would not reach her 10th birthday.
Now in her mid-40s, she told Sky News ‘I’m angry that failings happened that should never have happened,’ as she gave her reaction to the report.
