A black #bear has been spotted roaming around an apartment complex in #Tampa, #Florida.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission later confirmed that the same bear was spotted up a nearby tree.
Trappers had to set up treats and pastries in a cage to lure the #animal down.
