Mexico’s maquiladora programme ‘trapping’ workers in poverty

Alongside violence, poverty is another problem facing Mexico’s next president. And while the so-called maquiladora programme has attracted significant foreign investment, critics say it’s on the back of workers who make so little. Randolph Nogel went there and sent us this report.
