People have gathered to bid farewell to the men, women and children whose lives were taken in Israeli strikes on the Nuseirat and Maghazi refugee camps. People here say Nuseirat’s mayor – who Israel accused of being a Hamas operative- was visiting a water pump station when a bomb hit. This is a community still reeling from a separate attack Thursday on a UN-led school in Nuseirat’s refugee camp that claimed dozens of lives.
