There’s an urgent call for type O blood donors to come forward due to a lack of supply in the NHS caused in part, by a cyberattack on several major London hospitals.
Last week operations and blood transfusions had to be cancelled after an attack on the pathology firm Synnovis. It’s understood a Russian group of cyber criminals was responsible.
