Leaders and diplomats from dozens of countries are meeting in Switzerland for day two of a conference trying to map out a path to ending the war in Ukraine. Russia is not at the summit, and neither is its largest backer China. Despite the prominent no-shows, Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he hopes the world would work towards a just peace.
