Africa relies on its entrepreneurs to grow, develop, and create wealth. The scarcity of well-paid jobs has driven many on the continent to start their own businesses. Nigerian banker Tony Elumelu says that his foundation has funded 20,000 small and medium businesses across all 54 African countries.
