Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is paying a surprise trip to China, following visits to Ukraine and Russia. He says he’s on a Ukraine peace mission, after his country took over the rotating presidency of the European Union. But EU officials insist Mr Orban has no mandate to speak for the bloc. He’s says he’s heading for Washington next.
