The Al Nassar hospital is still able to treat some patients, but health services across Gaza are seriously depleted and have been overwhelmed for months. Only a third of private or public hospitals are still functioning in any form. It’s resulted in mobile clinics which operate regardless of Israel’s ongoing attacks, as Obaida Hitto reports.
