Sir Keir Starmer says he’s confident the government’s new GB Energy scheme will bring bills down as he hailed an "historic partnership" with the Crown Estate.
In reply to a question by Sky’s Tom Clarke, the Prime Minister said the partnership with the King’s property company will give private investors "confidence".
