Paralympian Baroness Grey-Thompson has told Trevor Phillips that "cleanliness" of the Olympic and Paralympic Games needs to be maintained.
She said: "There will always be individuals who will try and push the boundaries but I think it’s really important that cleanliness for both games is kept."
