Japan has held a ceremony to mark the 79th anniversary of the US atomic bombing of Nagasaki, three days after the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima in 1945, with Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in attendance.
Both the US and British ambassadors skipped the ceremony because Israel was not invited.
