A retired school teacher in Libya has launched an scheme to fund cancer treatment from the proceeds of recycling plastic waste. It’s hoped the initiative will succeed, despite the challenges posed by Libya’s ongoing conflict and an economic crisis. Yusuf Sosar has more.
