A WHO-led campaign to vaccinate 640,000 children in Gaza against polio is going to be challenging, with the logistics "hard to figure out", an expert has told Sky News.
Dr John Kahler, co-founder of Med Global, told Sky News he is not sure how effective the plans will be to hit the target, which is "very, very hopeful at best".
Israel has agreed to temporary pauses in fighting in certain areas to allow vaccines to be distributed, but people will need to travel to the designated areas within that time.
