Grenfell survivor Marcio Gomes says the death of his unborn son "shouldn’t have happened" and that the government and building companies "knew what they were doing".
Logan was stillborn in hospital following the blaze that broke out at Grenfell Tower in London in 2017.
Marcio told Sky’s Sarah Jane Mee the Grenfell report was "what we expected."
