British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and US President Joe Biden held talks in Washington
on whether to allow Ukraine to fire British-made long-range missiles into Russia. The UK had signaled that it wants to let Ukraine use its “Storm Shadow” long-range missiles, which use US technology. But it apparently wants permission from its main ally, the US.
