An Israeli airstrike has hit the courtyard of a hospital in central Gaza.
Palestinian medics have now said four people have been killed and more than two dozen left with severe burns after flames swept through the packed tent camp housing displaced people.
The Israeli military said it had targeted militants hiding among civilians, without providing evidence.
