Health and social care minister Stephen Kinnock has told Sky News it is "not a good use of our health service’s time" for people to be going back for repeated appointments when "they could be using tech to sort it out at home".
It comes as the NHS is set to give out millions of smartwatches to patients in a bid to relieve pressure on the health service.
Mr Kinnock tells Sky’s Kay Burley the Labour government has "done more in the last 14 weeks than the Tories did in 14 years" in regards to helping the NHS, and that reform and investment go "hand in hand".
