The US and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have condemned it as a ‘terrorist attack.’ For some analysis we spoke to Sinan Ciddi, Senior Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, and to DW correspondent Dorian Jones.
