The polls in the US election are incredibly tight, but if Donald Trump loses there are concerns that he will refuse to accept the results, as he did in 2020.
In 2020, Trump repeatedly – and falsely – claimed the election had been stolen, with his allies launching multiple legal challenges.
On 6 January, some of his supporters stormed the US Capitol.
