American Airlines flight AA954 en route to New York has returned to Buenos Aires after flight attendants reported hearing banging from the cargo hold.
Upon landing, heavily armed police quickly accessed the cargo area, preparing for a potential security threat.
It was later confirmed that a ground worker had been trapped in the hold. The worker’s current condition remains unknown.
