Absolutely chilling: Kamala Harris says that she does not believe in religious exemptions for abortion. This means that all Christian hospitals, healthcare providers, businesses, etc., would be forced to provide/cover abortion if she got her way. It would be the end of the First Amendment and religious liberty as we know it.

Coalition Of Medical Professional Orgs Urge Harris To Protect Physicians’ Conscience Rights The Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine (AHM) is a medical professional organization that represents roughly 30,000 physicians. They have written an open letter to Kamala Harris on her radical abortion stance and other healthcare views if should she be elected president. In an open letter to Harris, they state that “…doctors at various points in their careers, are facing increasing pressure from “several major medical organizations” to perform controversial procedures like abortion, euthanasia, and gender transition that go against their religious or conscience beliefs. That it is important that leaders protect everyone’s ability to practice in accordance with their conscience…” They further state that “…forcing medical professionals of faith to kill human beings in the womb destroys the very ethic that caused medical professionals to go into the practice of OB-GYN: to care for the lives of both the mother and the human being in her womb. Forcing medical professionals to destroy healthy well-functioning bodies in childhood and creates lifelong dependency on trans hormones is doing great harm, in violation of our oath to first do no harm to our patients…” Letter – read it here

When I graduated medical school I took an oath based on 2500 years of medical ethical professions to never perform an abortion. The progressive left isn’t satisfied to legalize abortion by physicians who reject that oath. This is totalitarian.- Darkage Possum
