Doctor Thomas Kwan is being sentenced for the attempted murder of Patrick O’Hara, his mother’s partner.
Kwan, who lived on Teesside and worked as a GP in Sunderland, sent bogus letters and donned a disguise to convince his victim he was a Covid vaccinator so he could inject him with poison following a dispute over inheritance.
