As Russia continues to record its lowest birth rates in decades, the government has accelerated incentives for Russians to have more babies. In what officials call a ‘special demographic operation’, legislation will be introduced to encourage a more traditional outlook among prospective parents. Dasha Chernyshova has more from Moscow.
