With bitter negotiations running into overtime, the COP29 climate summit in Azerbaijan has concluded. Two hundred countries have settled on a deal to help poorer nations cope with the climate crisis, and adopt clean energy. But as Neil Giardino reports, it’s a sum that many climate-vulnerable countries say is not enough.
