Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson has responded to the news that she has been banned from entering Russia.
Ms Phillipson is one of more than a dozen cabinet ministers subject to the ban, as part of a fresh wave of sanctions on British officials.
"I wasn’t planning a holiday to Moscow anyway, so it’s not any great loss," she added.
She also set out her plan to cut the benefits bill and get unemployed young people into work.
