At least eight Palestinians have been killed during raids by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank. The troops raided refugee camps in the city of Tulkarm and in nearby Nur Shams. Israel says it was carrying out a counter-terrorism operation. Hamas says two members of its armed wing were killed. Hundreds of Palestinians and dozens of Israelis have been killed in the occupied West Bank since Hamas’ terror attacks on Israel in October last year.
