Palestinian journalist Ayman Al-Gedi was killed — along with four colleagues — by an Israeli air strike outside the hospital where his wife was giving birth to his first child.
The Israeli military admitted to the targeted attack, but claimed it had killed “fighters,” despite the van being clearly marked as "press."
