48 hours after one of the deadliest terror attacks in the United States recent history, the city of New Orleans is trying to make sense of the horrors of the 1st January. The attack along Bourbon Street killed 14 people, along with the driver, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who officials said was inspired by the Islamic State militant group.
