New video shows New Orleans attacker prepping the white pickup truck for the attack. He puts what looks like a white pole with a black flag into the bed of the truck. It appears to be the ISIS flag that was later attached to his truck. He then takes what appears to be a gas can out of his truck and brings it into his Airbnb. Finally, 10 minutes after Jabbar finally drives away, a neighbor says they smelled smoke.
