Southport attacker Axel Rudakubana is being sentenced for the murder of three girls and the attempted murder of 10 more people at a dance class last July.
Sarah-Jane Mee is joined outside court by Tawhid Islam, the chief executive of Liverpool Muslim Council.
They spoke about the devastating impact the stabbings have had on the community of Southport.
