Axel Rudakubana has interrupted court proceedings from the dock again, shouting: "I need to be seen by a paramedic, I feel ill".
The judge swiftly removed him for the second time and reminded the court that two paramedics had already seen him and determined he is fit to appear.
Earlier, Rudakubana was removed from the dock after shouting that he was ill.
