By Sunday afternoon, 14 Lebanese civilians and one Lebanese soldier had been shot dead in southern Lebanon by Israeli forces. The deadly shots came as displaced Lebanese were trying to return to their homes as the deadline for the Israeli troops to retreat from the area had passed.
