All 67 people aboard a passenger plane and a military helicopter are feared dead after the two aircraft collided mid-air in Washington DC. The Bombardier CRJ jet was on its final approach to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport when it struck a Black Hawk chopper on a training flight. An investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
