A small medical transport plane has crashed into a busy residential neighbourhood, setting
buildings and vehicles ablaze in Philadelphia.
The aircraft was carrying a young patient, their escort and four crew members.
It comes just two days after the worst U-S air disaster in two decades killed 67 people in Washington.
