Open source ‘makes it easier to stop harms of AI’ • FRANCE 24 English

Making AI tools open source may come with the risk of them being exploited by "bad actors", but it also means any potential dangers posed by AI can be more easily identified and prevented, Nabiha Syed, executive director of the Mozilla Foundation, told France 24 on the sidelines of an international AI summit taking place in Paris.
