Department of Government Efficieny chief and world’s richest person Elon Musk has walked back false claims he made that USAID was sending $50 million in condoms to the Gaza Strip.
US President Donald Trump and Fox News host Jesse Walters had embellished upon Musk’s false assertion, saying that Hamas were using the non-existent condoms to make bombs. Neither provided any evidence for this claim.
