• This isn’t Trump’s. Trump wants the tax cuts permanent. This bill just expands them.
• I said it all along.. Massie is not MAGA. Those that sided with him on speaker votes should be waking up.
• It adds 300+ billion dollars to the existing $2 trillion deficit and there are claims it provides Ukraine funding through 2030 Pass a budget with pre-Covid spending levels adjusted for inflation. Let@DOGE balance the budget in 12-18 months This isn’t complicated
• If it was anybody else but him I’d call him a sellout right away but he’s always been very fiscal and Trump can’t know everything that’s in these bills so maybe there’s stuff in there he’s not aware of
• The only way to truly balance the budget is for Congress to cut many of these welfare programs. LBJ’s footprint needs to be eradicated from the government.
• Whenever you hear any talk about a “10 year plan” it’s all about kicking the can down the road.
