UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer visits Washington to hold talks with US President Donald Trump. His visit comes hot on the heels of French President Emmanuel Macron, who said after talks with Trump in Washington on Monday that he believed "there is a path forward". The visit is part of a wider European push to regain support and discuss the US strategy in Ukraine and talks with Russia, so far held without Europe or Ukraine. European leaders have expressed their support for Ukraine and President Volodymir Zelenskyy, in stark contrast with President Trump’s comments since returning to office.
