Thomas Massie is a Patriot and one of the only people in congress that’s not corrupt
But that doesn’t mean he’s always right

- Massie says good things. He’s been in Congress for 12 years and hasn’t really gotten anything done. That makes him just as responsible as everyone else. Massie hasn’t gotten a single piece of legislation passed into law – meaning he’s at the same level as Kamala Harris. If everyone in Congress is corrupt and he’s gotten nothing done, why does he stick around? If he believes in term limits and wants to get rid of career politicians – why is he still hanging around? Why doesn’t he stand on that principle and set the example of leaving after 8 years? I’ve never seen Massie turn down the change to have a viral soundbite during Congressional hearings – despite criticizing everyone else for theatrical, performative soundbites during hearings. It’s easy to stand on your principles when you selectively decide which ones you stand on. Right now, he’s just standing in the way. PJ Paul

- We just keep kicking the can. The last one was signed so we’d fix it in March. Now they want to sign it to fix it in September. Massie is taking a stand because he knows in September it will be they’ll fix it next year. This CR bill sucks.
- Patriot or not, until we get a handle on things Republicans need to stick together and push to get things done. It doesn’t have to be perfect but we have to be united. If we get towards the midterms and Republicans are sniping about principles and nothing has gotten accomplished and locked in, we will lose. There is not another force du Trump around the corner. Republicans in Congress need to take advantage now and keep themselves united against Democrats. – Hmc

- Bongino is not stating why Massie is wrong. Is there a tactical plan? EOs are going to be overturned by the next administration, that does not seem like a tactical plan. If the EOs are part of a larger long-term plan, then what is it? Let us in on at least some of those details. We are only being told, “Trust the plan, bro! Massie is wrong, bro.” I’m sorry but most people need more than that, especially because our trust has been betrayed so many times before. Hovde had a temper tantrum because I merely ran in the Senate race against him as a better alternative to his lukewarm conservatism. I have been fighting for WI for nearly a decade, and my boots have been on the ground that entire time doing grassroots conservative activism. Hovde was pushing bank bailouts and supporting lockdowns, while I was doing the work, and then was targeted by the weaponized DOJ and FBI under Chris Wray and Biden, for my troubles. Yet, Bongino let Hovde slander me with impunity, on his show, knowing I do not have the funds to file a liable suit. I call that pretty sus, at the very least. – Thomas CL
