Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that new Russian attacks show that it’s not moving towards quote ‘real peace’. Russia hit several Ukrainian regions overnight – just hours after the US announced it had reached separate truce agreements with Kyiv and Moscow. The deals were made during parallel talks in Saudi Arabia, but details on timing and conditions still need to be clarified. If it comes into force, the partial ceasefire would apply to the Black Sea.
