Officials in the Bolivian city of Cochabamba have issued a health alert after its streets became a dumping ground for piles of rubbish.
It was residents who began dumping the rubbish in protest against a local landfill. But they now demand the council clean up the rotting trash on the streets. Kristina Simich reports.
