Russia has slammed German Chancellor-designate Friedrich Merz for suggesting that his country is open to sending long-range Taurus missiles to Ukraine. Merz’s comments come on the heels of a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Sumy, which killed at least 34 people.
