I read where the city of Maryville had spent about 8 million dollars in infrastructure (water lines, road work, electrical, ect) just so S&W could get up and running. It makes sense that Tn would want to protect their investment. I’m happy to see it!

There were several Pro 2A bills in Tennessee that got no traction this year. We could do better. They wasted time on Glock switches, idiots! – Steve S - Tennessee also enacted TN annotated code 39-17-1314 a few years ago which prevents local governments, city, ordinances, etc from regulating or creating rules for any gun affiliated gun business. And creates language that ENTITLES anybody who is negatively affected by unlawful rules of that type to seek damages.
- I’m in downstate Illinois and I could see Winchester moving out to Tennessee and all their revenue going right along. I owned 2 GUN Stores in the past in Illinois and have now retired from my Government job and am looking to sell my house and property and reopen a GUN store maybe in Tennessee. I can say it WILL NOT BE IN ILLINOIS and neither will I.
