India and Pakistan have agreed to a ceasefire with immediate effect. This comes after days of cross-border shelling and missile and drone attacks. The worst escalations in decades were triggered by a militant attack in Indian-administered Kashmir last month. US President Donald Trump says the truce was brokered after a "long night of talks mediated by the US".
