Pro-EU Nicusor Dan wins Romania election

Ukraine looks set to maintain its support from neighbouring Romania after Bucharest mayor and pro-EU Nicusor Dan scored a clear victory in the second round of the presidential run-off. His far-right rival George Simion has now conceded defeat. Semir Sejfovic reports from Bucharest.
