Sir Keir Starmer has hailed "moving on from stale old arguments" as he opened a plenary session at the very first UK-EU summit.
He says the deal, agreed this morning, marks a "new era in our relationship".
The PM added: "This is the first UK-EU summit, and it marks a new era in our relationship, but it’s really good that we’re able to meet around this table."
